*There is a minimum charge of: $65 for a mobile appointment, $100 for a tanning party & $25 for an individual appointment at our location*
*There is a $1.00 per mile travel fee for mobile appointments & parties over 10 miles of our location*
*All Mobile appointments must be pre-paid at the time of the reservation.
Cancellations: Less than 24 hour notice, 50% refund. Less than 12 hours notice, NO REFUND*
*Since time has been RESERVED for your Mobile Tanning Party & last minute cancellations are costly & hard to fill, A $50 deposit is required via Cash, Check or PayPal. A minimum of 48 hour notice is required in order for 100% of the deposit to be refunded. If less than 48 hours from the time of your party, the deposit will be forfeited.
*We know Life happens, so if you need to cancel, we ask that you please be courteous & give at least 24 hour notice prior to your session. I have reserved & prepared that time just for you and your tan, filling spots last minute is difficult to do. Failure to cancel will void any customer discounts*
*All personal checks shall be paid to the Hostess by her guests and will submit a single payment to the technician at the end of the party less the $50.00 deposit*
*All services are by appointment only. We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule*
*Hostess Tans Free with 5 or more tanning guests, with parties of 8 or more, Hostess will also receive a
Free Tan Extender or Moisturizer*
*Party rates are strictly subject to the number of guests sprayed on that day.
The Hostess will receive a 20% discount on each guest tanned if less than 5*
*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone*
*Prices subject to change without notice*
*For individual sessions or tanning parties, all guests 17 years of age or younger must wear bottoms,
have a signed consent form, & under 15 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian present
during the tanning process*
*All persons receiving an airbrush spray tan regardless of age must sign a Client Information/Consent Form*
*We recommend & provide disposable masks, hair covers & goggles for your protection*
*Although Spray Tanning is Safe and Natural, If you are pregnant or nursing please consult with your Doctor,
If you are in your first trimester, a Doctors consent form is required*
*NO SMOKING on Premises or in the Party Tanning Room, NO EXCEPTIONS*
*Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Local Personal Check w/ ID & PayPal info is available on your technicians Rates & Services page for credit card payments*
*All of your personal information is kept safe, private & confidential*
*We have a "NO GOSSIP" privacy clause, you never have to worry about anyone knowing about your "body flaws" or anything else about you, it's no one's business but yours and we will always make you feel comfortable*
